• Clear smartphone selfie for the digital Profile Photo Check

Common Tech Support Issue: If the Yango Pro app freezes during the “Photo Check” or document verification phase, do not re-upload multiple times. Clear your smartphone’s app cache, ensure your internet connection is stable, or visit the Innohub partner office directly for immediate terminal clearance.
